Akira Furumoto is a management consultant and a master trainer of innovative thinking system (ITS). He is also a certified trainer of the Human Element, VIA, Innovative Thinking System ITS, and LIFO program trainer for Business Consultants Inc. Akira has been selected to facilitate for ATD since 2010. The evaluations are well above standard. After serving as a director of the global LIFO operation division in Los Angeles, Akira returned to Japan in 2008 and started his new role as a consultant for the global talent management division. She invented the Trahentem methodology for learning design using Canvas, which is a learning solutions design tool that uses three Canvas models. Koko Nakahara is an experienced performance and talent development consultant in Japan with more than 20 years’ experience.
